A little about me
I am an industrial leader and doctoral researcher based in Leipzig, Germany. My work and interests bring together practical leadership, academic inquiry and a broader curiosity about how economies, institutions and societies evolve.
I value clear thinking, reliable structures and the willingness to take responsibility. Honesty, trust and mutual respect are central to the way I work with others. I believe that meaningful progress begins with asking good questions, challenging assumptions and remaining open to different perspectives.
Years of experience in industrial production and operational management have shaped my understanding of organizations and people. Alongside this practical perspective, academic research gives me the opportunity to examine complex economic and social questions more systematically.
Interests & perspectives
My interests span economics, industrial transformation, politics and social developments. I am particularly interested in the interaction between institutions, technological change, labor markets and the decisions that shape our collective future.

Beyond work & research
Outside my professional and academic activities, I enjoy strength training, football and travelling. Discovering new countries and cultures broadens my perspective and deepens my curiosity about how people and societies live. Above all, spending time with my family provides balance and the space to recharge.
